After graduating from Bowling Green State University with a Masters Degree in Organizational Development, Mike was hired to head up a recruitment effort for Unysis in California. Assisting the computer company to expand from 400 to 1,600 employees in three years (without using employment services), he became a consultant specializing in offering his clients alternatives to traditional recruitment options such as recruiters and newspaper advertising.

Over the past 25+ years, Mike has successfully filled positions at all levels within most disciplines and industries. He has worked with engineering, manufacturing, finance, IT, and sales corporations filling positions ranging from electricians to presidents, accountants to CFOs, and chefs to food and beverage directors. His methods have been successful for all sizes of companies ranging from ‘start-ups’ to Fortune 100 corporations. His unique programs have proven to be successful, cost effective and time saving for his clients.
